Classic Flavors. Contemporary Style.

Hi there! I’m Alessandra Edge, the baker behind Baked Edges, a cottage food licensed bakery proudly serving the metro Atlanta area. I specialize in cakes, cookies, cupcakes, sweet treats, charcuterie and sourdough bread—homemade creations that blend timeless flavors with a modern, artful touch.

My baking journey began in 2017 with a serendipitous Christmas surprise, when my dad and my then-boyfriend (now husband) each, unknowingly, gifted me a KitchenAid mixer for Christmas. Both mixers are still going strong in my kitchen today—and since then, I’ve added one more to the lineup

(this one, purchased by me), completing the collection… for now. 

In 2020, during the pandemic, I decided to launch Baked Edges, turning my love for baking into a business. It’s been a journey of passion and perseverance ever since. 

Baked Edges is a true reflection of the things I love most: communion and breaking bread, European-inspired flavors that lean rich but never too sweet, and using pure, quality ingredients to create something beautiful and delicious.
